The conference focused on three streams: advances in technology, advances in publishing and social media. During a span of one week, Krista updated their Facebook account and both created and maintained an ERS Twitter account. Utilizing the social media skills she acquired through the growth of her own business, Krista was able to set up effective and interactive social media accounts for the Edmonton Recital Society. Within this contract, she also provided ERS with a comprehensive document outlining the best ways to use social media effectively.
